Wine is best served chilled, but today's refrigeration solutions need to be improved. Refrigerators take too long to cool beverages while ice buckets and Wine Wells ruin wine labels by exposing the bottle to ice water. Le Chiller, a French specialty appliance, is the most promising device available, but is prohibitively expensive at $2000. Absolute Zero is committed to creating a cost-effective home and commercial appliance capable of quickly and safely a beverage while maintaining its aesthetic appeal.
