Design Challenge
This project provides civil engineering services for Block 18, which is located at the entrance of Downtown Houston and is a prime location for recreational and office space. Engineering work should address underground storage tank contamination and floodplain considerations in site remediation and design. Formulated site plans should create a socially- and energy-conscious structure and properly address environmental factors of the block.
