FabShops - Basic Soldering

Description:

This will be a hands-on introduction to basic soldering.  Students will be provided a handout with course material subject matter and a kit to demonstrate their skills on.  The course will cover through-hole component identification, lead formation, component placement and soldering skills. 

Preparation and Resources:

Students will be provided all necessary board materials.  

Number of Possible Participants: 3-6 spots per time slot
Times:
  • 8:30-10:00 AM
  • 10:00-11:30 AM
  • 11:30 AM-1:00 PM
  • 1:30-3:00 PM
