Design Challenge
One of the major challenges facing exploration-class missions is the need to be Earth-independent. In addition to communication and part replacement delays, medical emergencies require extra urgency. Our optimized database will enable quick crew responses to emergencies and store instructions, mechanical characterizations, and modelling data for parts, materials, and more for use by both astronaut and ground personnel.
