Kitchen-Themed Soap Dispensers
Design Challenge
Our goal is to design a kitchen-themed soap dispenser capable of distributing soap flakes to the customers of the restaurant Pass and Provisions. The device will be cost-effective and durable, and will blend in with the kitchen decor of the bathroom.
About 60% of restaurants fail within the first five years. This new establishment intends to fix this problem by making their dining experience entertaining and memorable. Currently, the restaurant plans to implement standard liquid dispensers seen in many public restrooms. However, these devices, though effective, lack originality and fail to engage the customer’s interest.

In order to give a unique experience for the customer, we will create dispenser that gives the user flakes shaved from a bar of soap. Both diners and chefs will utilize our design. The business aims to install five dispensers by the end of the year.
